Responsibility岗位职责:


Responsible for company general HR related tasks; Responsible for staff C&B calculation;
负责公司整体HR相关工作，负责员工薪酬和福利的计算；

Consolidate all offices staffs attendance, leaves;
汇总所有员工的考勤信息；

In charge of staff’s social insurance and housing fund ; In charge of staffs salary, bonus and other benefit and payment;
负责社保和公积金的缴纳，工资，奖金和其他福利的计算和支付工作；

Other work related to staff’s remuneration and benefit;
相关薪酬和福利的其他工作；

Responsible for staff on board, resignation and transferring whole process handling;
负责员工入职，离职和转岗全流程；

Staff file documentation and maintenance;
维护员工文件和档案；

Support Manager on HR related tasks, such as: staff offer making, contract renew, etc;
支持人事经理相关工作：offer发放和合同续签等；

As general contact person with company HR service agent for company and employee issues;
作为公司HR服务机构的一般联系人，沟通必要的员工和公司的各项事务；

HR data and report maintenance；
维护HR数据和报告；

Other assigned tasks from manager；
完成HR经理安排的其他工作；

 

Qualification Required任职要求:

 
Bachelor degree or above;
学士及以上学位；

Minimum 2 years working experience with good knowledge of labor laws and local regulations;
至少2年工作经验，并且了解劳动法和当地法律法规；

Working experience in multinational company preferred;
有多国工作经验者优先考虑；

Meticulous and active, and good sense of responsibility;
积极的，一丝不苟的，有责任感；

Strong communication skills & team work;
优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作技能；

Good office software skill.
优秀的办公软件技能。
