职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．客户培训
根据市场发展的需要及新产品的发布计划，制定相应的培训计划并开展有效的客户培训工作，以提升客户专业能力并促进销售增长。
2．学术交流与研究
代表公司出席国内外有关听力学方面的学术交流活动，担当公司与学术界的沟通桥梁。不断进行听力学方面的学术研究并发表研究成果，提升公司的专业形象。
3.销售支持
配合销售市场部,搞好促销活动，促进销售增长。
4. 技术顾问
担当销售市场部的学术顾问，并在公司内部进行听力学普及知识的培训，提高公司员工的专业水平。
5．外部沟通
通过各种沟通渠道，如微信平台定期发布推送，和客户进行有效沟通， 提升公司形象。
6．人员管理
在公司相关政策指导下，管理并指导下属工作，开发员工潜力并帮助其发展以实现共同目标。
 
1.Customer Training
In line with the company policy and budget, according to the market development and the launch plan of new products, develop and execute the training plan for the customers.
2.Academic Research and Exchange
On behalf of the company, take part in the academic exchange activities as the bridge between the academic world and the company. To keep continuous study and research in the Audiology field and publish the result to promote the Company Image both from the academic point of view and the customers’ point of view.
3. Sales Support
Cooperate with the Sales and Marketing Department in academic field increase the sales volume.
4.Professional Consultant
Act as the technical consultant for the Sales & Marketing Dept, Technical Dept and Customer Service Dept to maintain the high professional standard in the company. Act as the internal trainer within the company to promote the professional knowledge of the staff.
5.External Communication
Communicate effectively with customers through various communication channels such as WeChat to enhance company image.
6.Managing and Developing People
In line with the relative policies of the company, manage and guide the subordinators’ work, help to develop the employees to achieve mutual goals.

任职要求：
8年以上医学及听力学从业经验.
有项目工作经验者佳；
3年以上管理工作经验；
3年以上合资或独资企业工作经验；
医学听力学专业大学本科或以上毕业；

At Least 8 years experience in medical or audiology field
Experience to lead the cross functional team on continuous business improvement project.
At least 3 years experience on Management position
At least 5 years’ experience with a joint-venture or wholly foreign owned company.
