职位描述：
Main Responsivities:
Spare Parts Aspect:
-Client RFQ Clarification / Identification:
-ACNS RFQ with AREVA Supply Chain;
-ACNS Commercial Offer Issuance;
-Leading / supporting contract negotiation with client Contract signature;
-Intragroup PO or contract placement to AREVA Supply Chain, Supplier or OEM in China, services providers during process from FCA to DDP site:
-Contract management during contract execution: change order …
-Project management during contract execution: custom clearance, OPI, NCR management, invoicing / payment …
-Identification and Partnership with ≥ 3 efficient services providers for transportation, custom clearance, and eventual technical certification consultation

Commercial Support:
-Commercial & Contract management date base & report update;
-Market Benchmark database (customer, partner, competitor, Outage, maintenance activities,) creation and update;
-Marketing activities (exhibition, product catalogue, brochure, industry information collecting, seminar, ceremonies,);
-Seminar/ important meetings/ visits/ technical exchanges arrangement, important customer relationship development;
-Documentation preparation for important audits/ review internally and externally; participate in audits and answer questions;
-ACNS 1st RFQ window; -Support ACNS site representatives for necessary interfaces within Shanghai Office
- Others assigned by C&C Director.

Qualification:
-At least Bachelor Degree with relevant technical background.
-Above two years working experiences in mechanical industry. (Nuclear Industry is preferred)
-Proficient English in oral and written. (French is plus).
-Willing to accept frequent business trip
-Dynamic and Autonomic
-Good Communication skills
