Alumeco Group is one of the leading aluminum supplier in North Europe with headquarter in Odense, Denmark. To drive greater proficiency into our global organization, we are now looking for a new colleague with thorough understanding of bringing ERP knowledge and business know-how into action.
Job description
To be a sales and logistic co-ordinator at Alumeco China will require daily contact with our sales team, our customers, and our suppliers. You will be responsible for the order flow from placing the order to suppliers until the order is delivered to the customer and responsible for your orders are shipped out on time with all required documentation.
Key responsibilities and main tasks
? order handling. place order, follow up on deliveries
? support for our sales team
? shipment planning and follow up on freight
? updating price offer to customers
? ensure correct documentation and an efficient paper flow and that the finished product is supplied according to:
- correct material according to specifications
- correct quantity
- agreed price
- confirmed time of delivery
- correct delivery address
? ensure a high and satisfactory information level for all parties involved, including sales team and suppliers
? coordinate and optimize transportation and documentation of same
? take part in controlling invoices of material and freight
desired and personal skills
the ideal candidate has a strong and business-oriented profile.
? good communication and interpersonal skill, capable of building good working relationship.
? enterprising, taking ownership and responsibility
? energetic, ambitious and goal-oriented
? structured and detail-oriented
? positive and service-minded
? good working knowledge of MS office products including word, excel and powerpoint
? fluent in spoken and written English
? experience from SAP or other ERP software systems is desirable
