Key Accountabilities/Duties:
- Cash management;
- Check the details and original invoices of each request of payment or reimbursement;
- Timely and accurately making the payment to suppliers and review the expense requests;
- Handle the repayment to the corporate credit card and the refund to the suppliers and customers;
- Original vouchers pack up and management;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with Specialty in Accounting,Commercial, English,
- Experience in shipping or relevant industry is preferable;
- Cautious, precise, ability to concentrate on details;
- Good English communication skills;
- Proficiency in using computers, Excel,office automation systems, and Microsoft Office Applications.
