职位描述：
QHS Management System
1) Monitor the implementation of QHS Management System with manual, procedures and instructions.
2) Training staff on the safety cultures and requirements of the QHS Management System.
3) Analyze, update and record quality data, customer feedbacks and audit results, etc.
4) Initiate and follow-up the internal and external audits, maintain the ISO certification and NNSA qualification when necessary;
5) KPI trend and indicator analysis, monitoring the corrective and preventive actions resulting from the operation and management review;
6) Perform the Offer / Contract QHS chapters and sections analysis, insure its compliance.
7) Maintain and update the qualified suppliers list. Launch suppliers’ qualification and evaluation whenever needed

Audit and Inspection
1) Check the fulfillment of QHS on working site, based on the requirements of regulatory, standards and contractual.
2) Check the working prerequisites, e.g. applicable documents; necessary qualification of the staffs; the calibration of the instruments etc...
3) Check on site safety conditions and radiation protection conditions when necessary.
4) Treat technical deviations and documentaries in conjunction with the relevant departments and the client in the context of the application of existing procedures.
5) Formalize monitoring operation process and results through the established records, controlling and signing the quality plan.

Qualifications:
1, Sufficient familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 requirements.
2, General background in the nuclear fields and/or nuclear supply chain.
3, Knowledge of mechanical and/or Electrical, I&C process.
4, Good training skills and experience in implementing a QHS system standards and skills in organizing and animating audits and reviews.
5, ISO9001 internal auditor
6, Capability to rigidly implement the supervision of the related processes and activities.
7, Fluent English (oral and written expression)
8, Proficient in using IT office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Desire:
1, Familiar with HAF requirements is preferred.
2, Knowledge of the technical characteristic of the product to be inspection, and able to select and use proper test or measurement tools to check the products’ quality
3, Knowledge of RCCM, RCCE and/or ASME Code.
4, Knowledge of NDE and/or welding method and technology is preferred.
5, HAF003 auditor or registered nuclear safety engineer is preferred.
