Job Objectives 职位目标
To take responsibility for the maintenance and reliability management of facilities throughout plant, lead or support the improvement projects related to maintenance 负责工厂设备设施的维修和可靠性管理, 领导和支持和维修相关的改善项目。

Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1、Maintain SAP PM module, manage maintenance work orders, planning and execution of routine maintenance and annual shutdown. 负责SAP PM系统的维护和PM/维修工单的管理, 编制日常维修和年度大修的计划并控制实施。
2、Be responsible for mapping out and revising SOP and other documents of maintenance. 维修作业指导书和其它维修文件的编写和管理。
3、Maintenance spare parts management to ensure accurate information, normal MRP function activities and efficient inventory control. 维修备件系统的管理。
4、Maintain documentation and records and update to SAP system, ensure its integrity and refreshing. 维修文档管理, SAP PM 模块维护, 确保文件系统的完整性和一致性。
5、Train and qualify the maintenance technicians. 负责对维修技工的培训和资格认证。
6、Develop solutions for all reliability items, organize the demonstration and follow up the execution. 针对可靠性项目制定相应的解决方案，组织论证并跟进实施。
7、Participate or support the improvement groups related to production , maintenance, process and EHS. 参与或支持与生产、维修、工艺、和安全相关的改善小组活动。
8、Take responsibility for communication with superior reliability leadership team, conduct the AI&R policies to be carried out. 负责与上级可靠性管理团队的沟通,确保AI&R政策的贯彻实施。

Job Requirements 职位要求
1、Engineering background, bachelor degree or above, CET4 or PETS3 is preferred. 理工科,本科或以上学历，最好持有CET4或PETS3证书。
2、Familiar with excel / word / powerpoint / visio / AutoCAD / SAP, data analysis and statistic skill is imperative. 熟悉必要的计算机办公软件、制图工具及SAP系统,具有数理分析和统计学的知识。
3、Working Experience 工作经历：
1）Must Have: More than five years working experience of maintenance and reliability management in industrial equipments and systems, plenty of practical experience. 必须具备：5年以上工业设备及系统维护和可靠性管理工作经验,丰富的实践经验。
2）Preferred: Working experience in petrochemical, fine-chemical, bio-pharmaceutical field or refinery. Working experience in foreign company, European or American companies will be appreciated. Have sufficient professional information or supporting function channels. 希望具备：具有在石油化工、精细化工、生物制药行业或炼油厂工作的经验；具有外资企业的工作经历,特别是欧美企业；具有丰富的专业和行业信息或获取信息的渠道。
4、Five Core Competencies 五大核心技能：
1）Must Have: Strong professional ability in maintenance and reliability management with good physical condition. Computer and Language skill. 必须具备：强的专业能力并健康状况良好；计算机和语言能力。
2）Preferred: Higher planning and coordination ability, excellent communication skill and team work. Flexible problem treatment skill. Basic EHS & engineering knowledge in industrial field. Strong executive force, self-motivated ability. 希望具备：好的计划和协调能力, 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力；善于灵活地处理问题；具备工业企业的安全和工程知识；良好的执行力和自我激励能力。
