职位描述：

工作职责：
1. 负责电商美工设计团队管理，统筹品牌视觉设计装修工作，对网店整体装修设计进行规划、组织、实施、监控；
2. 负责产品包装平面设计管理，监督平面设计工作进度及工作质量；
3. 负责市场推广平面设计管理，统筹产品推广、品牌推广、展会推广等宣传材料的设计工作，监督工作进度及工作质量。

职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，视觉设计、美术或平面设计相关专业，5年或以上平面设计工作经验，有扎实的美术功底，对画面的光影、色彩等有较强理解和把握能力，有很强的网络页面创意、设计和制作经验，有广告设计经验，创作灵感丰富；
2. 精通各类平面设计软件（Photoshop、AI、CorelDraw等），具有较强的创意策略能力；
3. 优秀的沟通能力及团队管理经验，高度的责任感，能够承受较大的工作压力，有创新精神，保证团队工作质量和效率。
