岗位职责： （非在广东的請不要投递简历）
1、全面负责项目的整体设计协助工作；
2、根据集团确定的项目产品定位，参与各专业设计工作；
3、考察各设计公司建筑设计能力，协助领导做好设计公司的选择；
4、负责开发项目的规划设计的研究工作；
5、开发项目详细规划方案编制、审查规划设计图纸；
6、跟踪设计单位图纸设计进度，随时协调解决与建筑专业相关的问题，及时反馈各部门与建筑专业相关的问题。

岗位要求：
1、建筑学专业等，第一学历为本科以上学历，10年相关岗位工作经验，其中至少有5年房地产行业设计经验，必须具备注册建筑师资格、精通粤语；
2、了解房地产开发全流程，熟悉国内外建筑设计风格，管理程序及业务流程；
3、5年以上房地产技术岗经验，思维活跃，勇于创新，对现代住宅建筑的设计理念和趋势有较深刻的理解；
4、熟悉房地产项目从产品定位、概念设计、方案设计、扩初设计至施工图设计阶段工作，有合同起草与洽谈能力，有监管设计师的方法、经验和能力；
5、具有很强的技术指导、沟通协调能力，有较强的管理意识和管理能力。
备注：本岗位为高级设计经理。
