工作职责：
1.负责了解和制定前期综合工作标准、规范、流程，市政配套各项证照手续办理的流程、规范与标准以及外地相关制度、政策了解；
2.协助拿地过程中与政府相关沟通和手续办理工作；
3.负责项目推进过程中前期相关手续、证照办理工作，包括水电气等配套市政工程的前期手续的办理以及市政工程设计工作的组织、施工、验收过程中的组织协调等；
4.负责对外日常关系维护。

任职要求：
1.28-45岁，性别不限；
2.建筑学或工民建专业，专科以上学历，5 年以上房地产公司相关工作经验；
3.具有房地产项目前期开发运作经验，熟悉当地房地产开发政策、流程及报审、报建、各项手续的审批程序；
4.具有较强的执行力强、思维开阔、能妥善处理外部关系；
5.具备较强的沟通、协调、公关能力及良好的商业谈判能力，责任心强，有一定社会及政府资源者优先。
