岗位职责：
1、监督员工考勤、审核和办理请休假手续；
2、组织、安排应聘人员的面试；办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续；
3、各项规章制度监督与执行；
4、做好材料收集、档案管理、文书起草、公文制定、文件收发等工作
5、协助经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；

岗位要求：
1、女性，大专以上学历，管理类相关专业；
2、有较强的沟通能力，协调能力、具有团队合作精神；
3、熟练运用Office系列软件；
4、具有很强的亲和力及责任心；
5、善于统筹、组织协调、对于工作的轻重缓急善于判断并给以快速反应；
