Requirement and Job description :
? College graduated major in Engineering or electrical related.3 years or above working experience in lighting component (lamp holder,switch etc) industry.
? Familar with the principles for all kinds of high voltage.
? Capacity work long hours and high working pressure,individually manage multiple complex tasks , and report aggressively.
? Must be able to proficiently work in all functions of standard design software. Most importantly in the various versions of autocad and solidworks.
? Have the potential to develop as management talent.
? Reports directly to Factory Director, and work closely with the lighting sourcing, to handle the lighting or related business properly.
? In charge of the research and developing the lighting production, have good QC sense, and good manufacturing concept.
? Strong ability to adapt, and good english skill is preferred.

?能适应长时间的工作，承压能力好，能独立同时有序管理不同项目，并积极报告。
?必须能够熟练工作中所有标准设计软件的功能，特别是AutoCAD和SolidWorks。
?该职位为后备管理人才。
?直接向厂长汇报，紧密配合采购妥善处理照明或相关业务。
负责研究和开发灯饰生产，有良好的的QC意识，和较强的生产管理理念。
?强大的适应能力，以及良好的英语技能者优先。

我司是一家外资（美国）企业,厂房面积约5000多平方米，专业生产游艇不锈钢配件，全部出口到美国。
