Our client is an international firm specialized in manufacturing pumps for wine making, food processing, pharma, dairy and cosmetics industry.

Reporting to:
GM and Group Quality Manager

Travelling:
Rarely

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with management for completing projects/tasks/work orders timely and efficiently
+ Create and maintain sample room/cabinets
+ Lead and or assist other managers in quality review meetings
+ Lead in TQM(Total Quality Management) enterprise efforts
+ Write instructions, specifications and inspection plans for parts
+ Create or maintain SIP/SOP for each product and coordinate with group the part quality check list
+ Create/document inspection flow and MRB(Material Review Boards)
+ Create measurement/inspection plans and identify critical dimensions
+ Inspect and test materials, components, assemblies and finished products
+ Discard or reject materials, components, assemblies and finished products not meeting specifications
+ Mark, tag and identify the accepted or rejected parts
+ Create formats and forms for QC related documents, keep QC chop and ensure appropriate use, distribute and use"erro stick"(Arrow symbol)
+ Record the results of the inspections and issue Non conformity reports
+ Create or keep a filing system of QC departments
+ Notify suppliers of the defects found, emphasizing on finding the root cause of the defect and follow up the corrective actions proposed by the supplier
+ Issue and demand SCAR(supplier corrective action reports) and 8D reports
+ Manage the supplier control improvement tools
+ Revise the quality documentation issued by suppliers(certificates, test and inspection reports)
+ Keep and update the list of measuring instruments and calibrate them( or arrange calibrations by a calibration laboratory)
+ Clean and maintain test equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning
+ Translate into Chinese or English language and instructions and specification
+ Communicate/coordinate quality related issues with headquarter
+ Train QC people and production enterprise employees in QC issues and awareness
+ Ensure critical location/process must be acknowledge by operators
+ Keep maintenance of quality inspection equipment and ensure compliance with regulation, paying special attention to machine inspections, etc
+ Report QC TO DO check list in daily basis
+ Report on schedules, jobs, (WIP) work in process, time expenditure and other established form and assist management (administration and accountancy) in stock and costing calculations
+ Report about any incidence in workshop or facilities as soon as perceived

Requirements:
+ Good knowledge of astandardization process and ISO procedure and audits
+ Good manual ability to manipulate tools and parts
+ Good knowledge of measuring system and tools(CMM operation will be a plus)
+ Good knowledge of tolerance concepts and applications
+ Knowledge of SPC system
+ Understanding and proficient of information systems and their employment within a business
understanding of technical drawings and engineering design/skeches
+ Should posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
+ Ability to work in a team
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
