Job Description:
1.Understand requirements from Expatriates and High-end insured members, so as to make tailor-made professional medical insurance packages accordingly with international practice;
2.Hold bilingual medical insurance briefing sessions to introduce the medical coverage,direct billing procedures and direct billing network;
3.Make insurance benefit handbooks according to the insurance coverage and company regulations;
4.Provide daily enquiry services to clarify the detailed insurance information;
5.Co-operate with TPA to provide medical assistance according to insured member’s needs.
6.Co-operate with internal staff to provide health information to insured members periodically.

Job Description:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, oversea education background will be a plus.
2. Excellent English Skills is a must, both oral and written. Be able to communicate persons of different religions and nationalities.
3. Good at MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. At least 1 year relevant working experience.
5. Optimistic, self-motivated, with excellent service mindset
6. Good interpersonal skills, mature and responsible attitude.
