General Purpose

总体要求

The senior accountant is responsible for applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

该高级会计师是负责应用会计原则和程序去分析财务信息，编制准确及时的财务报告和报表确保正确的财务控制程序。

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

? Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts

编制和分析财务信息，编制财务报表，包括月度和年度账目。

? Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

确保财务记录遵守既定的政策和程序。

? Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met

? 确保满足所有财务报告的最后期限。

? Prepare financial management reports

准备财务管理报告

? Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes

? 确保准确和及时的月度，季度和年终关账流程

? Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures

? Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

? 解决出现的会计差异和违规的问题。

? Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities

? Monitor and support taxation requirements

? Develop and maintain financial databases

? 财务数据库开发和维护

? Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process

? Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

? Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues

Education and Experience

学历和经验要求

? Accounting degree or equivalent

会计学位或同等学历

? Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles

熟悉会计业务及原则

? Knowledge of economic principles

熟悉经济原则

? Knowledge of Kingdee and Superdata

? 熟悉Kingdee 和 Superdata 软件的应用

? Knowledge of auditing practices and principles

? 熟悉审计业务和原则

? Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations

? 熟悉相应的法律，法规和规章知识。

? Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications

? 熟悉会计电脑应用并有相关经验。

? Usually a minimum of 8 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
