一、基础设施管理 Management of basic infrastructure

1、 负责公司信息设备（包括但不限于：计算机、网络设备、打印、复印、扫描设备，投影设备、数码设备、电话机等与公司办公相关的电子类设备）的日常维护；Responsible for the daily maintenance of information equipment (including but not restricted to: computer, network equipment, copying, scanning and printing equipment, projector, digital equipment, telephone, etc electronic equipment related to the company office operation).

2、 负责计算机系统和软件安装与维护；Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the computer system and software.

3、 负责公司信息设备的选型、采购和保修；Responsible for choosing, purchasing and maintaining of the information equipment.

4、 负责公司多部门共享信息设备的责任管理；Responsible for managing the responsibilities of the public information equipment

5、 负责公司内部电话的线路维护、功能开通；Responsible for opening and maintenance of the internal extension lines

6、 负责公司网络拓扑设计、监督施工与维护，保障公司内部以及与国外合资公司的正常联接。Responsible for designing the network topology, supervising the construction and its maintenance to ensure the normal contacts between the company and the headquarters abroad.

二、 应用系统管理 Management of application system

1、 利用系统提供的各种管理工具软件，实时监督系统的运转情况，及时发现故障征兆并进行处理。Simultaneously monitor the performance of the systems by a management software provided by the system, detect and handle the symptom of any breakdown in time.

2、 对配置网络设备参数进行备份，到随着系统环境的变化、业务发展需要和用户需求，动态调整系统配置参数，优化系统性能。Back up the settings for the network equipment and with the changes in system environment, development of sales or needs of the users, adjust the parameters to improve the performance of the system.

3、 确保各种网络应用服务运行的不间断性和工作性能的良好性，出现故障时应将故障造成的损失和影响控制在最小范围内。Ensure the continual and good performance of the network service and in case of breakdown minimize the loss and influence of the breakdown

4、 对于用户访问频率高、系统负荷的网络应用服务，采取分担的技术措施。Adopt some diversion for the net work service with high frequency of use or occupying heavy load in the system

三、用户服务与管理 Administration of user and user service

1、 用户的开户与撤销；Create and cancel the accounts

2、 用户组的设置与管理；Establish and manage the user group

3、 用户可用服务与资源的权限管理和配额管理；

Administrate the authority and quota of the service and resources the user has access to

4、 对公司员工进行必要的IT培训。Provide necessary IT training to the company staff

四、 安全保密管理 Management of information confidentiality and safety

1、根据公司领导要求，对公司信息网络进行安全分级；Grade the safety level of the information network according to the requirement of the company leaders

2. 对于普通级别的网络，配置管理好系统防火墙。及时发现和阻止网络黑客的攻击，加配入侵检测系统对关键服务提供安全保护； For network of normal degree: set up and manage the system firewall, timely detect and prevent the attack from the network hacker, add the checking system for any attack and provide the safeguard for the key service

3. 对于安全保密级别要求高的网络，采取上述措施外，还应该配备网络安全漏洞扫描系统，并对关键的网络服务器采取容灾的技术手段；For network with high degree of confidentiality and safety: besides the above measure, also equip a scanning system for any flaws in the network service and carry out the disaster recovery solution for key server

4. 涉密计算机网络，在物理上与外部公共计算机网络绝对隔离，对安置涉密网络计算机和网络主干设备的房间要采取安全措施，管理和控制敏感区域人员的进出，对涉密网络用户的工作情况要进行全面的管理和监控。For computers involved in confidential information: physically practice the absolute isolation from the external public network and take safety measures for the computer and location of key equipment involved in confidential information, administrate and control the in and out of the sensitive area, conduct overall management and monitoring on the work of user involved in the confidential information.

五、信息存储备份管理 Management of the information backup

1、 根据安全管理相关规定，设置用户存储权限。Administrate the user’s authorities in data storage according to the relevant safety management rules.

2、 对于实时工作级别要求不高的系统和数据，最低限度网络管理员也应该进行定期手工操作备份。For systems and data with low requirement of simultaneousness, the network administrator should at least manually back up the information.

3、 对于关键业务服务系统和实时性要求高的数据和信息，建立存储备份系统，进行集中式的备份管理。For key systems and data with high requirement of simultaneousness, set up the back up system and carry out the centralized backup management.

4、 将备份数据保存在安全地点。Keep the backup data in a safe place.

六、机房管理 Management of server room

1、 掌握机房数据通信电缆布线情况，在增减设备时确保布线合理，管理维护方便； Have a good command of the cable wiring in the server room; ensure that the wiring is reasonable and convenient for management and maintenance when any equipment is added or taken away

2、 掌管机房设备供电线路安排，在增减设备时注意负载的合理配置；Have a good command of electrical wiring and take care of a reasonable allocation to prevent the overload when any equipment is added or taken away.

3、 管理网络机房的温度、湿度和通风状况，提供适合的工作环境；Control the temperature, humidity, ventilation of the server room to provide a suitable working environment.

4、 确保网络机房内各种设备的正常运转；Ensure that all types of equipment in the server room are running properly.

5、 确保网络机房符合防火安全要求，灭火措施有效；Ensure that the server room conforms to the fire safety requirement and the measures for fire fighting are effective.

6、 采取措施，在外部供电意外中断和恢复时，实现在无人值守情况下保证网络设备安全运行；Take measures to ensure that the network equipment is running properly even without anybody on duty in case of accidental power break.

7、 保持机房整洁有序，按时记录网络机房运行日志，制定网络机房管理制度并监督执行。Keep the server room clean and tidy, make a timely work journal, establish a management system for the server room and supervise the implementation.

七、信息化建设 Construction of IT application

1、 参与制定公司信息化建设发展规划并负责具体实施和审计工作；Participate the planning of IT application and be responsible for the specific implementation and auditing

2、 负责公司信息化建设、管理、培训和维护工作；Responsible for the construction, management, training and maintenance of the IT application

3、 负责制定公司信息化管理制度和相关规范。Responsible for formulating the regulations and measure for the IT application.

八、完成任何上司新增的工作Finish any additional jobs assigned by the superior.

岗位要求 Qualification requirements：

学历 Education background：计算机专业专科或以上学历 College degree or above majoring in computer

工作经验Work experience：计算机相关1年及以上工作经验。More than one year experience related to computer

工作技能：Work skills

1、 熟悉Server 2003 AD基本概念和相关操作，熟悉日常网络软硬件及其周边设备的管理与维护。Familiar with the basic concepts and relevant operation of Server 2003 AD, familiar with the management and maintenance of the daily software, hardware and peripheral equipment.

2、 CET4以上，熟练的英文读写能力，基本的英文听说交流能力。Holder of English certificate higher than CET 4, fluent in English reading and writing and capable of basic listening and speaking.
