FRP工艺工程师 FRP Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
- Will decide the manufacturing process, machinery, tooling, resin & core materials.
确定生产流程、机械设备、工具配备、树脂及关键原材料。
- Will set the parameters, train the personnel on the machines & commission the production.
设定参数，针对机械设备和生产目标进行人员培训。
- Will coordinate with QC & Mould Manufacturer.
与质检部门和模具生产商进行协调。
- Will assist on costing, BOM, WI or SOP for relate department
协助相关部门进行成本计算，准备物料清单、作业指导书或标准操作规程。
Requirements - Candidate Requirements:

1. Must have good exposure in FRP manufacturing process, i.e. filament winding and pultrusion, and knowledge of which process can be used for which products and know how on pultru epoxy core bar. 须对FRP生产流程有很好的理解，即具备缠绕、拉挤成型方面的知识，了解各种产品的相应生产工艺和环氧拉挤树脂棒芯的专有技术。
2. Must be able to suggest correct manufacturing process / machinery / design for the DIE / MOULD to be manufactured for mass production. 须能为正确的生产流程/机械设备/拉挤模具的设计/制备提出建议，以进行批量生产。
3. Must be able to select correct resins & core materials for the products. 须能够为产品选择合适的树脂和关键原材料。
4. Must be able to train operators in the correct process parameters for production of each product. 须能根据每个产品正确的工艺参数对操作人员进行培训。
5. Guide researchers in evaluating data on the market on FRP/GRP & give technical support to the Sales Engineer. 指导研究人员对FRP/GRP市场上的数据进行评估，并为销售工程师提供技术支持。
6. Must be able to create BOM and assist on costing. 须具有制备物料清单和协助进行成本计算的能力。
Requirements - Skills Required:

1. MUST have INDEPTH exposure to GFRP/CFRP - manufacturing process, resins and core materials.
> 3 years hand on experience on pultrusion line. 须对GFRP/CFRP有深入的了解-生产流程、树脂和关键材料，超过3年的拉挤成型生产线操作经验。
2. MUST have BALANCED interest in R&D and techno-commercial application. 须对研发及技术转化为商业应用持有稳定的兴趣。
3. MUST HAVE DESIRE TO DEVELOP FRP products. 须对FRP产品开发充满激情。
Requirements - Educational Qualifications:
学历要求：
Graduation in Polymers / Plastic / Chemical / Composites.
毕业于高分子 / 塑料 / 化学 / 复合材料相关专业。
本岗位主要负责产品研发和工艺改进。
大专以上学历，主修复合材料等相关专业；
三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉复合材料、环氧拉挤及其生产工艺，熟悉复合材料产品的市场和国内的材料供应商情况；
具备CAD Autocad技能，熟练掌握MS Office操作(Excel, Word, Power Point等)，
