Accounting Manager
Job Description
? Coordinate and complete analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
? Perform periodic reviews and recommend improvements and changes
? Prepare various journal entries for general ledger accounts.
? Maintain and optimize the monthly closing procedures, working closely with regional finance, other functions and local finance team to ensure process completion
? Ensure periodic financial reports are produced on a timely and accurate basis.
? Support and assist to prepare consolidated financial reports.
? Support and Assist to prepare cash flow forecast and annual budget.
? Full of tax experience in Chinese turnover taxes, such as value added tax, business tax and corporate income tax.
? Control the computation of taxes and prepare tax returns, Ensure the tax compliance in all areas
? Fix Assets management. Coordinate with users for assets registration, labeling, transfer, disposal and physical count.
? To maintain the data & accounting coding integrity of the ERP system
? Internal and External audit follow up
? Aassist to develop control procedures and insure proper internal controls over the use of assets and expenses, ensure compliance with corporate policies & procedures and local statutory requirements.
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financing.
? Good communication skill and able to communicate in both spoken and written English
? 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience in industry handling general ledger accounts, tax return and finance report preparation and analysis. Exposure to manufacturing cost accounting a plus.
? General knowledge of VAT, income and other business tax reporting concepts. Familiar with export tax refund
? Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Power Point
? ERP experience is needed
? Good leadership skill
? Analytical mindset; ability to use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into their constituents parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyze problems to arrive to an appropriate solution
? Excellent problem solving skills; ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probe all fruitful sources for optimal solutions; can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers
