MISSION:
?    The Senior Embedded Software Engineer has responsibility of: 
-     Design and develop embedded software for ECUs
-     Execution of awarded projects and platform development, support new project acquisition and SOP projects maintenance
POSITION RESPONSIBLITY: ？ To take part to the products development 
？ To develop software follow Veoneer Product Development Standard and Software development process and coding standard
？ To cooperate and exchange technical information with global software team
？ To lead local platform software development and project design follow the project development timing schedule
？ To lead application layer project development according to customer specification requirements base on global platform
？ To give the technical support to other local Veoneer engineering group
？ To lead software  professional skill and knowledge training for software group
？ Coaching junior engineers
？ To give the technical support to the project, hardware, software validation and other functional team :
？ To participate to the product/project team meeting. 
？ To take part in the product improvement (tooling improvement, tests sequence….) meeting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
？ Diploma: 
- Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related engineering area
？ Working Experience: 
          -      8+ years experience in real-time embedded software environment.
-       Functional Safety/ISO26262 knowledge and experience is preferred
-       Good communication ability to work effectively within a global team.
？ Language: 
-       Fluent Chinese
-       Fluent English

？ Level 3: is capable independently
？ Level 4: is capable of coaching others
？ Level 5: is capable of inventing or defining new rules
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
-      Strong background of embedded software product development phases (Mandatory, Level 4)
-      Familiar with C programming and Coding rules (Mandatory, Level 4)
-      At least familiar with one kind of RTOS (Mandatory, Level 4)
-      At least familiar with one kind of Microchip, memory and EEPROM management (Mandatory, Level 4)
-      Experience in embedded software module architecture design. 
-      Ability of software architecture design, and experience of Enterprise Architecture is preferred
-      Experience of automotive communication protocols, like CAN, FlexRay and GMLAN is preferred.

-      Experience of AutoSar is preferred.
-      Experience of SW project management/team management is preferred.
-      Experience of tool, like PTC, Doors, DaVinci Configurator, VectorCast is preferred.
-      Have hand on experience in using emulator, debugging, unit testing and integration testing.
-      Have basic hardware knowledge 
-      Capable to handle Lab equipment, Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multi-meter waveform generator, …

-      To be able to work in a small team with technicians/engineers(Level 3)
