Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control to ensure company financial performance meet target;
有效管理和控制公司的财务运营并确保符合目标。
2. Place proper communication with owner/Factory Director to set up company target, making company planning, budgeting and forecasting, and forward the weekly financial report to them.
与老板/总经理共同制定公司的财务目标，并提出有效可行的方案、预算与预测，并按公司实际情况每周需提交周报。
3. Develop and implement periodical review process cross function to ensure meet target.
按要求制定和实施定期内审。
4. Provide appropriate control on contractual term in the contract with customer, ensure company is benefit to be protected legally;
有效处理与客户的合约情况与条款，保障公司合法利益。
5. Place proper controls to ensure group and country policies compliance;
实施有效的控制以符合国家、地方等政策。
6. Place proper controls and management on government affairs, i.e. tax office, custom office SAFE office etc. Minimize company risk;
与相关管理部门建立和谐关系，如税务部门、海关部门、工商部门。
7. Place appropriate process to improve productivity;
提出有效的财务意见提高公司生产效率。
8. Ensure accuracy and integrity,timely of financial reporting and financial review;
确保财务报表及审查报告的及时、准确及完整。
9.Develop and enhance variety management reporting system, financial analysis system to ensure company operation in accordance to company planning, and place proper controls in the process;
加强发展各管理报表系统、财务调查报告系统，确保公司的运作能满足目标，并且有效的控制公司流程。
10.Develop and implement cash planning process to ensure company operation financially profitable growth;
加强管理公司的现金流确保公司运营的财务盈利增长。
11.Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed;
负责有效管理部门的人员组织，工作安排及指导。
12.Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinate staff improve their skills and competence;
指导，激励和推进的所有下属员工提高他们的技能和能力
13.Buildup dept culture, expedite round-way communication;
建立部门内部文化，并完善有效的内部沟通。
14.Ensure the company ERP/MRP system is correct using and the data provided to the company is accurate.
确保公司的ERP/MRP系统能正确使用并保证提供给公司的数据的准确性。

Requirements:
要求
1. Bachelor degree in financial/accounting;
财务/会计方面学士以上学历
2. Qualify with CPA or Accountant title qualification, 8 years management experience in this area;
8年以上财务方面管理经验，会计师职称。
3. Strong and professional communication skill in English, mature personality, can solve problem in conflict.
能用英文沟通，处事稳重，能自主处理问题。
