要求：本科以上学历，产品设计管理经验3年或以上，有丰富的五金产品设计开发方面经验，
主要负责管理绘图设计、产品工艺、质量控制等方面管理工作。有大厂的工作经验尤佳。
具体要求如下：
?Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Engineering related field from credited University or Extensive Training and Certificate from a technical school or form of further education that is comparable
全日制大学本科以上学历，工程/设计或相关专业。或取得相应工程师资格证书的可相应放宽条件。
?Minimum 7 years experience in a Department Management level position or comparable. Preferably held this position in an engineering, design or production department in a manufacturing or design company
有七年以上的部门经理/主管相关管理经验，在工厂或设计公司任职技术管理、设计管理或产品管理的为佳。
?Posses strong English speaking, reading and writing skills.
英语听说读写能力强
?Must be able to proficiently work in all functions of standard design software. Most importantly in the various versions of autocad and solidworks.
必须能熟练地运用常用制图软件的所有功能，特别是AutoCAD和三维CAD软件。
?Must posses strong leadership, Organizational and management skills and have the experience and ability to successfully manage a team focus on a variety of time sensitive projects
必须有较强的领导、组织和管理能力，有带领团队面对各种困难任务的经验。
?Must posses creative and proactive thinking and have a strong ability in properly identifying and solving problems for a successful outcome
思维具有前瞻性及创造性，分析能力强，能妥善解决各种问题
