JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Ensure the staffs of the shift are well arranged.
2. Ensure that SOP are understood and implemented within the manufacturing section.
3. Work with the Maintenance Dept. to make sure the machineries and equipments are running with a clean and good condition.
4. Coordinate the trials of new products, materials and equipment in the Shift.
5. Responsible for the progress of TPM-AM in relevant area and coordinate problem-solving activities in the shift and make sure that the solutions are implemented.
6. To assist the Manufacturing Section Manager to complete the production targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety requirements as well.
7. Fully responsible for the safety and sanitation standards are well implemented in the shift.
8. Assist the Shift Manager to identify and lead the implementation of Productivity Improvement Projects in the Shift.
9. In charge of training the section employees and ensure all the operators have qualified skills and knowledge to fulfill their job responsibilities.
10. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's & SSE requirement.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- Min. 3 years relevant production management experience in multinational foreign enterprises
- Be familiar with biscuit production technology
- Be able to work on 3-shifts
- On-site organizing, cooperation, problem analysis & solving abilities
- Be conscious of quality control & training subordinates

2. Education:
- College or bachelor degree in Food science or engineering
(Technical school degree for over 10 years biscuit experience)

3. Others:
- Be able to adapt shift work
