JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Be responsible for shift's operational management especially coordinate plant management in night/mid-night shift.
2. To assist the department Manager to complete the production targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety requirements as well.
3. Ensure the staffs of the shift are well arranged.
4. In charge of training the Production employees and ensure subordinates have qualified skills and knowledge to fulfill their job responsibilities.
5. Responsible to maintain the safety and sanitation standards are well implemented in the shift.
6. Ensure that all SOPs are well implemented around Production department.
7. Work with the Maintenance Dept. to make sure the machineries and equipments are running with a clean and good condition.
8. Responsible for the progress of TPM-AM in relevant area and coordinate problem-solving activities in the shift and make sure the solutions are implemented.
9. Identify and lead the implementation of Productivity Improvement Projects in the Shift.
10. Coordinate the trials of new products, materials and equipment in the Shift.
11. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's & SSE requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- Over 5 years relevant working experience in multinational foreign enterprises (Production, Maintenance, Engineering preferred)
- Be familiar with food production technology
- Be familiar with the cost controlling & planning management
- Strong people management and communication skills
- On-site organizing, cooperation, problem analysis & solving abilities
- Be conscious of quality control & training subordinates
- Be able to work on 3-shifts
- The incumbent should be Masterful in:
? A. Target-Setting and Tracking for Respective KPIs
? B. Initiating Appropriate Corrective Actions
? C. Set Up of Corrective Actions in Case of Deviations
D. Identification of Main Cost-Drivers for Further Productivity Potential

2. Education:
- College or bachelor degree in Food science or engineering
- Knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process
- Good PC literacy (MS Office)
- CI for All
