职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Be responsible for recruiting the department's positions. Ensure introduction and orientation program for new hires as well as follow up their performance.
2. Basic on SBP program, perfect employee development system, development path and competency passport with HR department to increase employees' skills.
3. Maintain special position certificate, assist arranging related trainings with SSE and HR department.
4. Maintain and update Production SBP training system, include setting training schedule, updating training materials, conducting training, tracking execution and validating effect of training, to keep all employees be seasoned with position and developed step by step.
5. Co-ordinate Management & appraising performance procedure throughout the year. Ensure line management owns the process, provide know how transfer, deliver presentations, communication and provide regular support. Maintain relevant documentation in line with corporate requirements.
6. Plan and execute development plans for Production's Hi-Pots and promotable. Ensure development opportunities for promotable in order to form a talent pipeline for Production management and secure successors for key positions in Production.
7. Plan, collect, organize and execute training and development events for Production colleagues. Analysis, evaluate the training efforts and improve the training resource. Document related paperwork and act in conformity with company procedures.
8. Report recruitment and training performance under daily and monthly basis.
9. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's and SSE requirement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- 3-5 years in Multicultural manufacture environment
- Experience of managing people and function
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ideal Leadership and Drive for Results
- Handling complexity, good planning skills
2. Education:
- Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (Human Resource or Social Science is preferred)
- Good command of English, both in writing & oral
- Good knowledge of manufacturing management process
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
3. Others:
- Target-Setting and Tracking for Respective KPIs
- Determinate Facts and Figures from the Production and Create a Production Budget.
