JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Assist Production Support Manager to set up an effective cost control system.
2. Provide regular monitoring of relevant KPIs for conversion process in the Production department in terms of standard cost, tracking of fixed cost spending. Use controlling tools to measure deviations.
3. Execute timely and accurate product costing calculations, report deviations. Identify main cost drivers for further productivity potential within the Production department.
4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and providing analysis on special requests.
5. Calculate and analyze IBR for NPD in the Production department, and provide draft data for further approval.
6. Ensure all the plan schedules are in line with the KPI set by Support Manager. Track the Plan processes on daily basis.
7. Collect all data required for effective production planning.
8. Ensure all the cost elements be reported into the SAPl system
9. Review the production workers' time bank in time, and make a balance between OT and Idle time.
10. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's and SSE requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- Over 2 years of Manufacturing experience required
- Analytical thinking, communication, Process Management, teamwork, Organization Agility
2. Education:
- Bachelor degree (Economics of Financial background is preferred).
- Good PC skills (MS Office).
