JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Accurately forecast the DVL HC and OT based on the production demand and drive for the results.
2. Manage the right people are at the right places at the right time (quality and quantity) by utilizing and maintaining the personnel data base in cooperation with team leaders/developers. Call off temporary workers.
3. Review the production labor shortage and overtime in time, and make a balance between OT and idle hours.
4. Ensure all the plan schedules are in line with KPI set by Support Manager; track the plan processes on daily basis.
5. Ensure all the cost elements be reported into the SAP system.
6. Responsible for weekly and daily production plan arrangement and ensure its well control in shift operation.
7. Collect shift data to finish the KPI report timely.
8. Participate or drive the DVL optimization and reduction.
9. Perform other relevant job responsibilities as per QPE's and SSE requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Analytical thinking, communication, Process Management, teamwork, Organization Agility.
2. Education:
- Bachelor degree (Economics of Financial background is preferred).
- Good PC skills (MS Office).
3. Others:
- Target-Setting and Tracking for Respective KPIs
- Determinate Facts and Figures from the Production and Create a Production Budget
