职位描述
Job Description
1. Works closely with GM and management team to support talent development, employee communication and related HR projects to achieve a better work environment and greater employee engagement.
2. Provides solutions to management team on creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment, including strategies to address employee concerns, facilitate team development, and implement company training and development initiatives.
3. Executes HR policy guidelines, staffing and recruiting strategies, compensation and benefit plans, employee survey etc. to attract and retain talents, enhance employee engagement and drive efficiencies. Be a role model for our employees in order for them to share in our company values, enthusiasm, and commitment in our business.

3. 4. Works with Sr management team to collaborate with other HR management on major initiatives and/or policies or issues of significance to the business;
5. Provide input into the development of HR strategies and plans; serves as an advocate for the business - provides input and feedback on major HR initiatives and consultation on business issues/requirements to ensure effectiveness of initiatives.
6. Supervise all HR operational activities.
7. Build up administrative policies and track the admin issues
8. Supervise IT issues.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Strong business and customer-focus
2. Planning and execution skills, attention to details
3. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels
4. Creative and resourceful problem solving skills;
5. An understanding of human resources and knowledge of leading edge China practices will be sound. 6. Strong adaptability in an environment of ambiguity or change
7. Well versed with PRC Employment Ordinances and other legislations is a must
8. Fluency in English & Mandarin.
