职位描述

Management of sourcing delegation members (3 people) who :

Develop SOC for SOCable packages identified during yearly SOC seminar : identify the suppliers, organize the appropriate visits in China and ensure actions are taken during these visits
Support RFQ phasis and in particular the clarification meetings with suppliers (under the BU lead, when necessary)
Expedite SOC running purchase orders (under the BU lead, when necessary)

SOC Workshop organization:

Status of SOCable packages identified during the previous yearly SOC Seminar
Main evolution of supplier network
Highlights about success / bad stories

Organize the global supplier evaluation (360°) of our main suppliers, REX shall be captured and consolidated for delivery already completed

General actions :

Support to China Management about Market intelligence to have an accurate view of the Chinese industrial network and its evolution (new partnerships, merging & acquisition, financial difficulties etc) : to be incorporated in the a.m. monthly general report (scope : suppliers already working with AREVA NP)
Quarterly report based on the yearly working plan (SOC & SOCables packages)
Management and development of SOC supplier data basis, organization of supplier visits in China for the AREVA NP Supply Chain
Other tasks assigned by direct managers

Educational Requirements & skills

Engineer with 5 to 10 years experience in sourcing activities for large industries

Knowledge in mechanical engineering & manufacturing (same knowledge in electrical / I&C would be appreciated)
Knowledge of main AREVA NP Nuclear Steam Supply System (New AREVA NP core business) would be appreciated
Knowledge of Chinese suppliers network
Knowledge of AREVA NP procurement processes (especially qualification process)

Behavior Skills/competencies

Rigorous
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Proactive / dynamic person (for SOC actions towards the BU and the suppliers)
High level English read/write/spoken (French notions would be appreciated)
