岗位职责：
1、工作职责：负责下单、交货安排、售后服务等；
2、协助业务员处理日常邮件；
3、协助业务员跟进报价、送样、接单、下单、验货、出货等全部流程；
4、协助业务员对于各类数据报表的制作；
5、协助业务员整理订单，合同的执行并归档管理；
6、协助业务员处理其他日常业务方面的工作。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，有业务跟单和客服经验者优先；
2、熟练使用相关办公软件（word、excel、PPT)，熟悉基本的商务礼仪；
3、良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心、工作积极主动。 举报 分享
