RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare & issue tax invoice to meet customer requirement;
- Attend customers for pick up tax invoice on site or post by express per request;
- Conduct initial guide to customers for “pre-order invoice system”;
- Tax invoices management (purchasing /filing / packing);
- Prepare for daily & monthly VAT tax invoicing report;
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Financial/accounting related knowledge and working experience is preferable;
- Ability to work independently in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment;
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills.
