岗位职责：
1、主持采购全面工作，统筹策划和确定采购内容，减少不必要的开支，以有效的资金，保证最大的供应，确保各项采购任务完成。
2、调查研究公司各部门需求及销售情况，熟悉各种商品的供应渠道和市场变化情况，确保供需心中有数。指导并监督下属开展业务，不断提高业务技能，确保公司的正常采购量。
3、进行供应商的评价和管理，建立合理的采购流程以及供应商管理制度。
4、认真监督检查各采购主管的采购进程和价格控制。
5、给予采购人员相应的培训。
6、对产品中心的产品设计和产品标准，能够从采购的专业角度给予意见以及执行。
7、对于大宗采购有专业的管理体系，对于小型采购订单(打样订单)可以从供应商争取最优厚的条件。
8、具有市场敏感度，开发新品。
