职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责海/空运出口操作，接收订单以及安排询价、订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报送、结算等事宜；
2、联络船运公司或货代公司安排订舱、拖车、提单签发等；
3、出货跟进与报关单证制作；
4、按信用证及客人要求制作相关清关文件；
5、出口费用核对与结算；
6、货物运输过程中客户投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决；
7、单证及文件的整理及归档等；
8、完成公司领导交办的其它临时性工作。


岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，国际贸易/船运物流等相关专业，熟悉物流运输的基本知识及相关专业，熟悉货代操作流程，至少3年以上同等岗位或类似岗位工作经验，有拖车、报关、订仓等操作一条龙经验；
2、英语听说读写良好，熟练操作Office办公软件系统，擅长Excel者优先考虑；
