职位描述：
主要职责：
1、依据公司战略规划及行业市场信息，参与制订并及时调整部门年度市场发展战略。
2、依据年度市场发展战略及市场情况，组织制订并调整年度计划、并组织实施。
3、依据市场情况，制订本部门月度工作计划，并组织按要求完成，以确保完成公司下达的年度各项经营指标。
4、建立和完善市场部相关业务流程，并监督检查执行情况，以确保本部门工作质量与效率的不断提高。
5、抓好活动方案的实施、执行、监督、修正和活动总结；
6、参与部门重要的业务洽谈与关系维护，以得到客户资源、信息等方面的最大支持。
7、负责协调部门内外其他部门的工作关系，以确保按计划完成各项工作。
8、 参与建立本部门绩效考核制度，以激励员工做出更大贡献。
9、市场价格及市场进行潜力的调查和分析；
10、对市场销售人员工作的考核、评比、激励；
11、各部门销售业绩的统计与分析；
12、积极了解并获得客户的各种信息，积极利用有效渠道对相关信息进行反馈并提出建议。
13、完整、准确、及时地制作、呈报各类报表。
14、完成好领导交办其他各项基础性和临时性工作。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历
2、有两年或以上相关工作经验
3、电脑操作熟练,熟练使用office等办公软件；
4、 思维灵活且有逻辑性,良好的沟通能力和团队合作管理能力；有强烈的责任心和独立完成任务的能力；
