职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责文创产品开发设计，熟悉产品设计，了解产品设计运作流程。
2、了解市场流行趋势，根据公司品牌的风格与定位及消费者的需求进行设计。
3、能充分理解并挖掘产品的IP属性，开发符合品牌理念和客户需求价值的文创产品，并持续对产品提出改进建议和方案。
4、充分了解产品特性，负责开发及产品上新过程中，产品定位，包装选定，打样、测试、采购、生产、出货等跟进工作，与其他部分对接工作、协调各部门成员之间合作。
5、能够独立完成产品方案设计、说明阐述、效果图以及图纸绘制。
6、完成主管交办的其它相关工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，美术、产品设计、工业设计、广告等相关专业。
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Adboe I11ustrator、Core1DRAW、三维建模、办公等相关软件。
3、热爱设计，有敏锐的洞察力和创新意识，具有一定审美感，对产品有敏感度，热爱文化创意类产品，善于观察生活。
4、具有基本的美术功底及良好的构思能力，且能够很好把握视觉色彩，有成熟设计作品优先。
5、善于学习，责任心强，具有团队合作精神及良好的沟通能力，工作细致，能承受工作压力，富有责任心。 举报 分享
