岗位描述：
1、负责基于城市历史文化、传统民俗等元素的创意提案及产品文案；把控整体设计方向与相关人员安排。
2、基于用户的消费喜好，结合不同文化产品特点，深度分析，挖掘卖点，对产品及包装进行文案创作，使商品生动化、故事化、品牌化，富有感染力。
3、负责公司产品线下线上的销售推广等宣传策划的文案执行。
4、与各部门密切合作，关注客户的品牌策略与市场策略，听取客服部及相关负责人意见，对策略进行相应的沟通、调整、修改、并配合设计师的产品设计与制作。
岗位要求：
1、中文、历史、广告策划、品牌企划、艺术设计等相关专业专科以上，有传统媒体、广告公司、自媒体策划文案、运营以及文创产品开发等经验者优先。
2、能对目标消费者和行业趋势进行精准分析，准确理解和把握用户需求。
3、脑洞大，文字功底强，具备良好的沟通能力、语言表达能力，有敏锐的领悟力、观察力。
4、有独当一面的工作能力，也有组建和带团队的能力经验尤佳。
5、有较强艺术功底，手绘能力强，能熟练掌握相关设计软件，对时尚、美感的触觉和敏锐度高。 举报 分享
