职位描述：
Responsibility:
Coach team members and continually develop their skills;
Ensure efficient internal communication;
Getting familiar with Reporting standard, and BUs’ Business;
Support timely preparation of Group Reporting and perform general accounting designated tasks;
Assist Finance Manager to establish, optimize and implement solid financial accounting;
Manage accounting policies and continually improve relevant operation work procedures and internal control of the company;
Organize and lead day-to-day accounting operation on all areas and maintain accounting records that accurately and timely reflect the operating conditions of the company in order to provide timely and accurate reports in compliance with Chinese Enterprise Standard, IFRS and Company Group Standard, relevant laws, regulations or requirements;
Be responsible for group and statutory audit, prepare details information and explanation to auditor. Coordinate with auditors to ensure group and statutory audit are properly and timely completed.
Maintain chart of accounts and accounting responsibilities;
Key user of SAP and Kingdee systems;
Other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
University or Master degree in Business or Finance;
Familiar with IFRS accounting/reporting, Chinese statutory;
Excellent SAP knowledge;
Strong skills in Excel;
Solid experience in multinational corporations is preferable;
Fluent in English;
Good communication and problem solving skills.
