Main responsibility:
Responsible for providing human resources services in the following activities from staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relation and support, training organization for New AREVA China.
? Staffing:
- Administrator and follow up the employment procedure such as staff in and out, internal transfers/mobilities, offer letter and contract preparation, on-board orientation…etc. to ensure employment/termination formalities are completed in a timely manner.
- Recruitment: candidates sourcing, CV screening, interviews, candidate confirmation, offer preparation and negotiation, etc.;
? C&B: Payroll & individual tax (IIT): monthly payroll calculation and tax declaration (support and back-up)
? Performance management: support HR Manager for the yearly performance appraisal and management
? Employee relation and support:
- Daily support for all staff (local and foreign)
- Expatriate management: responsible for all foreign staff issues: Z visa, work/residence permit fresh application and renewal, house searching/lease contract finalization through housing agent’s help, Chinese training arrangement, verify and validate benefits claims, maintain records and reports, repatriation/end mission and etc.
? Training: facilitation of all training programs;
? Others:
- Reporting: Preparation of statutory reports, headcount report, etc.
- HR Projects: Supporting on facilitation of any HR projects or related projects;
- Any other tasks delegated by direct supervisor.
Education: = > Bachelor Degree
Working experiences: 2-3 years HR experience in foreign enterprises
Skills: good skills of English both oral and writing, good master on office software, master of French language is a plus
Competencies: big sense of responsibility, quick learner, efficient, easy going, careful, focus on details, good communication, responsible and flexible, autonomous;
Personality: smart, easy going, detailed, honest, helpful, conscientious and positive
Report to HR Manager
Contract period: 1 year and renewable, full time
