职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、对车间的生产进行合理组织和控制，根据生产计划合理排班、物料跟踪，创造安全文明的生产环境；
2、负责对员工进行教育培训、考核评价等工作；
3、总结分析生产中存在的问题，提出解决方案并及时解决；
4、严把过程质量控制，节约能源、降低生产成本，想方设法提高生产效率和效益；
5、做好安全生产及生产纪律工作；
6、按时完成公司下达的其他工作任；

任职资格：
1、年龄在28-40岁之间；
2、大专以上学历；
3、2年以上车间管理工作经验，有机械制造业工作经历优先，熟悉生产过程质量控制及车间现场的全面管理；
