岗位职责

• 1、指导并协调财务稽核、审计、会计的工作并监督其执行；
  2、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；
  3、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
  4、负责组织公司的成本管理工作,；
  5、进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。
• 6、负责公司人力资源战略的执行；
  7、规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
  8、负责人力资源内部的组织管理；

任职资格

1、英语听说读写熟练
2、财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历

3、五年以上财务管理或三年以上同等管理岗位工作经验；
4、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
5、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；
6、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策者优先
