Responsibilities:

1.Assist manager to review and implement purchasing policies and procedures.

2.Work closely with related departments to ensure materials and services are delivered right on time to satisfy our need.

3.Negotiation with suppliers to reduce price and improve delivery and service.

4.Review and update internal documents and ensure compliance to customer and external audits

5.Manage a small team of purchasers.

6.Streamline workflow to improve efficiency both internally and across departments.

7.Any other jobs or duties assigned by senior management and/or are required to make factory operation more effective and efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

1.University graduate with strong analytical and communication skills.

2.At least five years purchase experience in MNC, industrial operation preferred.

3.Experience/exposure in intercultural dynamics.

4.Team player, dynamic who can provide positive solutions.

5.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6.Fluent in English, both written and oral

Remark: This position will be based in Heshan office,Guangdong Province.
