职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、利用阿里巴巴等B2B平台，负责海外市场的开发；
2、处理客户问价，发布新产品，维护客户关系；
3、开发跟进客户，与客户良好的沟通，解决客户的疑问，及时回复客户的问题，避免客户投诉以及投诉的妥善处理；
4、及时处理客户订单，整理出货资料，做好客户的跟进；
5、负责产品上传、编辑和优化；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，CET-4或以上水平，一年以上阿里巴巴国际站平台操作经验。
2、熟悉阿里巴巴国际站平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程,扩大交易量的方法和技巧，能独立操作；
3、 熟悉平台政策和规定，并能运用于店铺日常经营当中，能妥善解决可能出现的各种争议；
4、 电脑操作熟练,熟练使用office等办公软件；
5、 英语4级以上,具有较强的听、说、读、写能力,能与国外客人自由沟通；
6、 思维灵活且有逻辑性,良好的沟通能力和团队合作管理能力；有强烈的责任心和独立完成任务的能力；
