职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES关键职责
? 按照学习岗位的标准操作规程（轮岗学习岗位按照生产实际安排进行，可能涉及学习岗位分为配料、制粒、混合、压片、包衣、挑片、包装、软胶囊、生产管理等），进行生产操作，确保完成生产计划。Operating in according to SOP of learning position (rotational study with the actual production schedule, the post may involve ：dispencing， granulating, mixing, compressing, coating,inspecting, packaging, soft capsule, production management, etc.), ensure complete production planning.
? 操作和维护工作范围内的设备、仪器、衡器，遇到设备的疑难问题及时向有关部门报告设备和仪器故障。
Operate and maintain equipment, apparatus, and weighing apparatus. If come across some difficulties, report to related department about the abnormal equipment and apparatus.
? 正确佩带安全防护用品，遵守安全生产条例。
Wear protective equipment properly and follow the safety production rules.
? 熟悉产品工艺流程及参数，掌握基本操作技能。
Be familiar with the product process flow and parameters, and master the basic operation skills.
? 对生产质量偏差问题进行沟通及解决。
To communicate and solve the problems such as the quality deviation.
? 参与技术沟通交流、精益生产等项目。
Join project such as technical communication, lean production project.
? 作为第一HSE负责人对各自职责范围（岗位）内的职业健康安全环境工作负责。
Be in charge of the Health-Safety-Environment in his/her position/workstation as the first person.
? 执行或监督质量体系的运行，确保质量体系被有效运行，符合现行GMP和赛诺菲总部要求。
Implement or monitor quality system, ensure quality system running effectively, compliance to CGMP and Sanofi global requirement.
? 积极完成上级布置的其它工作任务。
Complete other work from superior.
 
Education / Experience
Must to have :最低要求
Education教育: College degree or above 本科及以上
Professional /Major专业：
Major in Pharmaceutical related 药学相关专业
Experience 经验:
Better to have : 优先考虑项
Education教育: 药学专业Pharmacy

 Familiar with all process of manufacturing in the plant
熟悉药厂生产流程。
Good understanding on GMP / HSE / group directive
熟悉GMP/HSE。
Basic knowledge of project management
掌握一定的项目管理技巧。
