职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 负责接听电话以及访客来宾的登记、接待、引见；
-负责办公用品以及邮件的收发、登记、库存管理；
-负责会议室的使用管理、门卡的制定、公司车辆的安排管理以及行政费用的支付安排等；
-部门经理安排的其他工作。
-负责劳动合同的管理并及时提醒续订合同
-完成日常行政费用的申请及报销

要求：
-本科或以上毕业，形象好，气质佳，普通话、粤语标准；
-英文4级或以上，能说标准流利英文者优先；
-熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；
-具有强烈的责任心，较强的客户导向、团队协作意识和良好的沟通协调能力；
-工作耐心细致、积极主动，学习能力强，能独立并灵活解决问题； 举报 分享
