职位描述：
职责要求Responsibilities:
 1. Responsible for sourcing activities of all commodities. 负责物料供应资源的寻找和开发
 2. Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety. 确保供应商在安全方面满足公司的要求
 3. Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships. 负责供应商关系的管理，促进建立与供应商的有效合作关系
 4. Implement sourcing strategies for commodities to ensure sustainable quality, deliveries and cost from suppliers. 执行物料的采购策略，以确保稳定的供应商质量、交货和采购成本
 5. Implement supplier qualification procedures to ensure right suppliers are being selected. 实施供应商确认规范，保证合格供应商的选择
 6. Support purchasing manager on implementing purchasing strategies and obtaining purchasing targets. 协助采购经理落实采购策略以达成采购目标
 7. Survey Market trend of raw materials to establish right judgment of cost. 调查原材料市场的价格趋势以保证合适的采购成本判断
 8. Work with SQA on implementation of supplier optimization. 与SQA一起优化供应商
 9. Coordinate with engineering for sourcing activities on product and project based requirements. 协调工程部对产品需求和项目需求的采购
 10. Organize purchasing project meetings and following-up of purchasing KPIs in terms of speed, attendance and effectiveness. 组织采购项目会议，跟进采购绩效的达成情况
任职条件Requirements: 经验要求Experience requirements
1. Minimum 3 years experiences of purchasing & sourcing in machinery industry. 机械行业3年以上采购及供应资源开发经验
2. Experience & knowledge of air compressor industry is preferred. 有空气压缩机行业工作经验和知识优先
3. Experience in supplier negotiation and project management is a must. 必须有供应商谈判和项目管理经验
4. Familiar with material market & components technologies. 熟悉材料市场和零配件的技术
技能要求Knowledge
1. Good command of English and Mandarin 良好的英文和普通话沟通能力
2. Skills of Excel, Word,Powerpoints and ERP system is needed. 熟练使用Excel,Word,Powerpoint和ERP系统 教育背景Educational requirements major in mechanical or engineering in preferred. 机械或工科专业优先
