采购经理照明
本公司招一位熟悉灯具照明，LED，电子产品等的采购经理。英文需能和外国人沟通。
汇报给产品开发经理,采购经理将负责所有的采购活动有关他/她的特定区域的发展(如照明灯具等)。采购经理计划、组织、协调、指导和控制所有的采购活动,充当之间的主要联络总部,在中国制造资源。

主要职责:
? 来源新产品,作为首要任务;
? 充当联络供应商;
? 协商价格和条款来改善现有的供应商提供;
?
计划并进行质量控制检查;
? 执行前30块检查所有新的大规模生产订单;
? 是负责在合理的时间内实现采购目标。

We design, distribute and market a wide-range of electrical, plumbing, surface covering and home organization products in North America, Asia and Europe. Artika supplies its products to renowned hardware suppliers and retailers world-wide. Product sourcing in Asia is a stepping stone to our international success. Artika is headquartered in Montreal, Canada with offices located in Toronto, as well as Shanghai, Ningbo, Jiangmen and Australia, USA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the Sourcing Manager will be responsible for all sourcing activities related to his/her specific area of development (e.g. lighting, etc.). The Sourcing Manager plans, organizes, coordinates, directs and controls all sourcing activities and acts as the main liaison between head office and manufacturing resources in China.

Main responsibilities:

？ Sources new products, as a first priority;
？ Acts as the Artika liaison with suppliers;
？ Negotiates prices and terms to improve existing suppliers’ offers;
？ Plans and conducts quality control inspections;
？ Performs first 30 pieces inspection for all new mass production orders;
？ Is accountable for reaching sourcing goals within reasonable time frame.

Role expectations:
？ Cooperates with our Chinese offices when needed;
？ Understands and follows Artika’s corporate business model;
？ Applies LEAN methodologies: continuously looks for new strategies to reduce corporate purchasing and operation costs without compromising the product quality;
？ Is available and flexible to visit factories located in Jiangmen, or other assigned locations, on minimal notice, including outside the normal working hours, if needed;
？ All other related tasks.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPENTENCIES
Education:？ Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferable.

Experience:
？ A minimum of 3 years in a similar role;
？ Experience with mass consumer products;
？ Experience in sourcing, purchases, logistics and transportation.

Requirements:
？ Must be located in Jiangmen – must be in office when not at site visits;
？ Must have vehicle for travel to manufacturing facilities;
？ Languages: Mandarin, spoken, read and written. English at an intermediate level;
？ Autonomous and resourceful;
？ Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet;
？ Thrives in a fast paced environment;
？ Ability to work under pressure and is solution driven;
？ Proactive attitude and innovative.
