生产经理职位要求和简介

生产经理应该能够对企业的各项生产事宜进行规划、协调、组织以及管控。生产经理的主要职责是确保高效的产品生产过程以及有效地提供相关服务，同时还应确保产品的生产数量正确、质量合格以及成本合理。除此之外，生产经理也应负责确保产品在恰当的地点能准时生产完成，并满足客户的要求。该职位的职责与责任也会依据生产体系的具体情况而有所不同，比如分批生产、流程生产、批量生产或大批量生产的生产职责与责任就各不相同。

职责与责任
？ 1. 策划相关的生产活动，制定生产时间表并且监督相应的生产过程；
？ 2. 估算相应的生产成本并确定相应的高质量标准；
？ 3. 规划所需的材料和人力资源；
？ 4. 决定操作单元的布局、规模和服务范围，或者安排产品配送以及设计并安排相关的工作流程；
？ 5. 选择并维护相关的生产设备；监督生产标准的符合情况并实施质量管理计划；
？ 6. 与其他经理协作，有效执行企业的相关政策和生产目标；
？ 7. 及时更新相关的健康安全策略；
？ 8. 保持与各大部门（例如供应商和其他部门经理）的及时联系，以避免造成任何生产上的延误；
？ 9. 监督并鼓励团队成员，同时审核下属的工作表现；
？ 10. 确定所需的人力资源；
？ 11. 确定所需的物质资源；
？ 12. 就生产设备的使用、维护、更改和采购作出相应决定；
？ 13. 确保实施并遵守相关的健康与安全规范；
？ 14. 制定相关的产品质量标准；

技能和资质
？ 1. 本科或本科以上学历，纺织技术或贸易相关专业毕业生
？ 2. 5-7年纺织行业工作经验；
？ 3. 具有良好的英语能力，口语表达与书写；(非常重要)
？ 4. 能够轻松掌握复杂的概念；
？ 5. 做事细心，注重细节；
？ 6. 策划、谈判以及组织能力突出；
？ 7. 身体健康；
？ 8. 能够激励同事、下属以及其他员工；
？ 9. 为人耐心，处事自信；
？ 10. 逻辑思维强，能够系统地处理相关事宜；
？ 11. 判断能力较好。
？ 12. 妥善处理各种矛盾；

Production Manager Job Profile and Description
Production manager is an individual who plans, coordinates, organizes, and controls production in an organization. A production manager’s main responsibilities are to ensure the efficient production of goods and services and are of right quantity, quality, and cost. In addition to this, it is the manager’s responsibility to produce goods on time and at right price to meet the demands of the customer. The duties and responsibilities of the job vary depending on the kind of production system, like jobbing production, process production, batch production, or mass production.

Duties and Responsibilities
? 1. Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process
? 2. Estimating production costs and determining the high quality standards
? 3. Working out the material and human resources as needed
? 4. Taking decision regarding the operating unit’s layout, size and range of service or product to deliver and design and arrangement of work processes.
? 5. Selecting and maintaining equipment is, supervising product standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
? 6. Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization
? 7. Keeping abreast of health and safety strategies
? 8. Liaising with different departments such as suppliers, managers and so on to prevent any probable delay
? 9. Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinate
? 10.Determine the human resources required
? 11. Determine the material resources required
? make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
? 12. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures

Skills and Specifications
？ 1. Bachelor Degree or above, textile technology or trading relevant Major.
？ 2. 5-7 6 years relevant working experience，Must be very familiar with the quality stanards and requirements of textile
？ 3. Good English ability with both writing and speaking.(very important)
