职位描述：
该岗位为苏州分公司华盛瑞佳信息科技有限公司招聘岗位
岗位职责:
1、负责公司旗下B2C/C2C平台 淘宝星店 京东商城 1号店后台店铺的页面创意设计(包括首页整体风格活动设计)；
2、装修网店：根据公司每月制定的促销计划，对公司网店首页及附加页面进行网页美化设计；
3、定期制作促销图片和页面，配合店铺销售活动；美化修改产品页面，定期更新店铺主页；
4、网店风格及商品展示设计，结合商品的特性制作成图文并茂、有美感、有吸引购买力的描述模版；

任职资格:
1、2年以上淘宝工作经验;
2、对设计有独到的鉴赏及创新能力,能把握最新流行元素运用到设计中;
3、熟练操作Photoshop 、Illustrator、Coreldraw,Dreamwaver等平面设计软件;
4、有一定的文案功底,有较强的的美术功底和良好构思,善于用视觉来表达想法;
5、学习能力强,富有团队精神,责任感和沟通能力,乐于配合和协作他人共同完成工作。具备高度创造性,工作效率高;
6、具有独立思考和工作的素质,能独挡一面,可以主动把网店美工做到专业水平,提出设计方案,不欢迎完全被动接受设计思路和工作的人;
7、积极主动、诚信踏实、不怕吃苦的性格特质,有创业精神或意愿,有很强的执行力;
