职位描述：
1.Commit to implementing the ESH Missions, Principles, and Practices.
2.Push and review all ESH activities within site to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations, as well as corporate ESH standards and guidelines.
3. Ensure that all applicable internal and external ESH reporting requirements are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Advise on conditions requiring corrective action, and report on the site activity to the management level , as appropriate.
5. Manage, train and mentor other ESH personnel at the site, as applicable.
6. Establish and maintain necessary contacts with ESH regulatory agencies and professional societies, to ensure the highest level of assistance and service for the site.
7. Maintain all required records in accordance with regulatory and requirements.
8. Remain current all applicable ESH standards.
9. Establish, implement and maintain ISO14000 Environmental Management System.Establish, implement and maintain OHSAS 18000 Occupational Safety and Health Management System.（Including Safety standardization management system）
10.Participate in ESH Compliance audits as audit team leader or auditor, according to the audit schedule.
11.Establish, implement and maintain ESH annually plan within ESCJ site.
12. Coordinate ESH regulation meetings and ensure that appropriate minutes, including assignments with deadlines, are prepared and distributed, as requested.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE BASE

1. University/college degree of Chemical/biochemistry/Environment/industry hygiene, with around 5 years as ESH Manager.
2. ESH management, chemical or process related disciplines, bachelor and above.
3. Good communication skills and English fluency.
