【岗位职责】
1、建立、健全财务管理制度及流程，对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作进行总体控制；
2、负责公司各类财务报表的核算、编制，全盘完成账务处理；
3、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；
4、审核会计凭证、上报的各种会计报表及纳税申报表，确保资料的完整性、真实性、准确性；
5、组织企业成本管理工作，进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核工作；
6、与银行、税务及会计师事务所建立并保持良好的关系；
7、负责本部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训和考核。


【任职资格】
1、年龄：26-40岁；
2、学历/职称：大专以上学历，中级会计师以上职称；
3、专业：会计类专业优先；
4、工作经验：三年以上财务主管或经理工作经验；
5、知识结构：
1）熟悉国家财税法律法规、企业财务制度及流程；
2）懂财务软件的操作；
6、工作技能：
1）能独立完成全盘账务处理，并对出纳工作提供支持和协调；
2）具备财务制度建立及完善能力，有税务策划能力，有成本控制和财务分析能力；
3）熟练使用各类办公软件及财务软件，熟悉财会及税收政策；
4）需要有商业会计的经验
