1、 熟悉模具的加工、组装、调试
2、 能读懂模具图纸，根据图纸机加工模具零件，熟悉模具加工设备
3、 具有汽车行业冲压模具三年以上经验，熟悉厚板冲压模具结构
4、 最好有级进模组装、调试经验
